A skillful use of soy sauce and baking to bring out fine flavor
This is a popular item ever since the shop opened in 2002. We use selected soy sauce only and prepare it with a special grilling method. We also offer "Sakura soft ice cream" as the only ice cream using the taste of cherry-blossom leaves in Japan. Other food items using cherry blossoms are available in variety throughout the year.

Our fluffy, sticky dumpling is prepared with sweet sauce generously applied and at the finest degree of grilling.
