We use only locally harvested mugwort and prepare the dish to maximize its flavor through careful balance of the taste with the sweetness of bean paste. We offer it only from late April to late June. A lot of our customers are waiting annually for these two months.

Home-made taste, best for tea sweets or gift
"Anekaeshi", a local specialty which is being cooked less and less in general households. Many therefore are happy to find it in local supermarkets and buy it as tea sweets or gift. The product is for sale only in the mugwort harvest season and quickly sold out.
