Home-made aburae arranged with various recipes
"Aburae dishes" are offered in limited supply upon reservation to the customers who stay in our guest house. Our inquisitive landlady has developed a variety of original cookery on the menu such as "Kotobuki aburae soup, "noodle dipping udon" and "aburae jam" from home-made aburae".

New and traditional healthy item "aburae" cooked with many other ingredients to refresh your mind and body
11 different ingredients are served on magnolia leaves. "Senda imo(potato) mixed with aburae" is one of them wherein potato and aburae sesame are mixed in sugar-based soy sauce. This specialty of Hida seasoned moderately with salt and sugar is lovely to look at, tasty to be eaten and nutritious for better health.
