We serve hand-made sweetened boiled jujube harvested in autumn for urban residents to enjoy the traditional local food. Those who did not know jujube before have come to like it. The boiled stew is used also for cooking pumpkin or taro to create other dishes.

We also offer side dishes of traditional vegetable of Hida and Mino, "Aki shima sasage" beans.
Our inn was built about 100 years ago. You can try making soba or buckwheat noodles.
