A special Mugitoro set meal prepared by local female cooks
We offer simple hometown dishes with vegetables grown by local female residents. Japanese yam used for Mugitoro dishes are grown in Yamato Town or Minokamo City, but when their yield is low, they may offer alternative dishes instead. Their uncompromising attitude is demonstrated by the taste of barley rice and home-made soup with special broth.
