Hime bamboo shoots are simmered in home-made miso paste to allow extended storage time. This item is infused with a desire for inn guests to taste our hearty home cooking. The rice used for the Sasanoko dish is home grown. We also select vegetables only from reliable production areas.

Original tastes of bamboo shoot mix rice and other dishes
"Okazuya Yamamoto" offers free selections of rice dishes and side dishes for a lunch meal. They offer tastes which cannot be enjoyed with products from other shops in their cooking of bamboo shoot mix rice, tempura, miso simmered or soy sauce simmered dishes and so on. More and more young and foreign people are visiting the shop.
